My name is Danielle Chikeles. I am a certified personal trainer and professional fitness athlete. My interest in health and wellness started at a young age being involved in athletics such as cheerleading gymnastics and soccer. My passion for physical activity and personal growth got me started in weight training and exercise. Once I started to witness the changes and results, I made, I knew that a career in the fitness industry was my passion. I have now been a personal trainer for over 15 years and my love for health and wellness has not changed. I have furthered my career in the wellness industry through massage therapy and other massage techniques. While growing my business and expanding my knowledge I added a new career as a behavioral technician to children on the autism spectrum. Through the years of getting the amazing opportunity to work with and through behaviors, it has made me grow to see the world differently which I can apply to all that I do. I love to watch, not only my clients but everyone make physical changes to improve their health, mobility, cognitive function, and wellbeing.
My tenure as a personal trainer led me into my career as an IFBB professional fitness athlete competing in the two largest shows in the world the Olympia and Arnold Classic multiple times. I not only get to change my physique I also perform a two-minute-high intensity routine. The knowledge and dedication I have gained as a professional athlete has made me a better trainer and leader. I can relate with those on how fitness can be challenging yet so very rewarding. I understand that not everyone at the gym has the same goals. It is important to me as a personal trainer to ensure that I am catering to my clients and members individually so they can achieve their personal health goals.
