Bodi Sculpt

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. (All Levels)

WERQ

This class uses all your favorite current pop, rock, and hip-hop hits, so the dance steps come easy. WERQ® makes for a uniquely effective cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels and dance abilities. (All Levels)


Bodi Power Yoga

This is a faster-paced, powerful yoga class using vinyasas, core work, and balancing poses to increase stamina, balance, and endurance. (Intermediate/Advanced)

Bodi Blast

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between a variety of barbell exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at Bodi Boot Camp or Bodi Strength.

Bodi Booty Werk

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that targets the glutes and lower body, and builds strength and definition in the thighs. (All Levels)

Bodi Strength

This class is a hybrid of weight training + cardio. You’ll gain muscle strength, endurance, and torch the fat off your body. This class is for the intermediate and advanced.

Mat Pilates

This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The class will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout. We will utilize the magic circle, theraband, small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. (All Levels)

Vinyasa Flow or a dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength. The heat will allow you to safely reach new levels of personal flexibility. Creative sequencing to inspire physical, energetic, mental, and inner freedom or higher state of consciousness.  . Hot Bodi Mat Pilates Temp 90°

Bodi HQ instructs a traditional mat Pilates class taught to the beat of the music in a 90+ degree room! This format utilizes light weights, the magic circle, and Pilates balls to sculpt long, lean muscles and strengthen your core. (All Levels)
