02Mackenzie DePrenger
“Fitness is about a resilient body that feels strong and moves freely.”
As co-owner of The Bodi HQ and a dedicated personal trainer with more than a decade of experience, Mackenzie's journey in fitness and self-care began after a life-changing car accident and a long rehabilitation process. That experience deepened her commitment to wellness, mobility and strength.
For over six years she has specialized in fascial stretch therapy, and with more than ten years in personal training she brings a holistic approach that emphasizes physical strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health.
Her philosophy centers on the belief that fitness is about more than appearance — it's about creating a resilient body that feels strong, moves freely and supports overall health at every stage of life. She's passionate about helping clients find balance, prevent injury and make self-care a priority, so they feel confident, capable and connected to their own well-being.
03Danielle Chikeles
“I change the way you view fitness.”
Danielle is a certified personal trainer and IFBB professional fitness athlete whose love of health and wellness began early through cheerleading, gymnastics and soccer. Weight training and the results she saw in herself turned that passion into a career — and after more than 15 years as a personal trainer, her love for the work hasn't changed.
She has expanded her expertise into massage therapy and other bodywork techniques, and also works as a behavioral technician for children on the autism spectrum — experience that has shaped how she sees the world and how she coaches.
As an IFBB pro she has competed multiple times at the two largest shows in the world, the Olympia and the Arnold Classic, performing a two-minute high-intensity routine on stage. That dedication makes her a better trainer and leader: she knows fitness can be challenging, and so rewarding.
Danielle helps people of all ages and lifestyles become the healthiest versions of themselves — mentally and physically — through proper nutrition, movement and healthy behaviors that are maintainable day to day.
